Nationals Questionnaire

We hope you enjoyed Nationals this year.  It is important to us that we put together the best possible tournament, and that we give you the Tournament you want to attend.

To this end, Sheranne Fairley of our US Advisory Board has kindly put together a questionnaire to help us as we plan future Nationals.

Please take the time to complete this questionnaire. We are anxious to get as many responses as we can, and so we have an added incentive for your club.  We are offering a 2006 Nationals Premier Football to the club which we receive the most responses from, AND a 2006 Nationals Premier Football to the club with the highest percentage of registered players who attended Nationals who we get responses from.
