USAFL invites you to a special evening
USAFL 2007 NATIONALS
HAPPY HOUR
WITH SPECIAL GUESTS
SATURDAY, OCTOBER 13 FROM 7.00 – 8.30 PM
Garden Room, Brownsboro Hotel
Please join us as we celebrate the League’s 10th Anniversary, and another great day of Footy.
The night will be a low key, casual event and we are delighted that Steven Silvagni and Kevin Sheedy will be coming from Australia to be with us at Nationals. They will be our keynote speakers.
Stephen Silvagni, was named Carlton Full Back of the century and Kevin Sheedy is the legendary Essendon coach who has just completed his 26th year with the Essendon Football Club. Kevin has coached over 600 games and over 800 as a player and coach combined.
Speeches and presentations will be brief, however we are looking forward to the announcement of the inaugural USAFL Life Memberships, the launch of the Hall of Fame and the Presentation of USAFL All-American team and All Star (Australian and American) Team. There will be recognition of and presentations to all past National Championship Divisional winners.
Join us for a cold Coopers beer and an Aussie Pie, courtesy of Mojo Pies.
In addition, we’re also delighted to be hosting Tony Fairhead and Tom Potter of our Australian Advisory Council as well as Western Australian Country Football Executives, Cameron Knapton and Terry House.
Entry is free to all. In addition all registered players and officials will receive tickets for a Coopers beer and Mojo party pie. There will be a bar and cocktail food will be served. There will also be a slide show, highlighting some of the highs and lows of over 2,000 games played in the USA over the past decade.
We hope you will join us as we renew old friendships, meet new players and supporters, discuss the day’s games and events and make bold predictions for the finals to follow
