Wine Australia Festivals are more than just wine tastings. Allow yourself to discover the unique styles and diversity of Australia wine at the 10th Annual Wine Australia Festival, with over 300 wines to try. Learn about regionality from the winemakers in 20 minute seminars known as the 'Cellar Door Experience.' Most importantly, enjoy the Aussie atmosphere. It's a real Australian festival!
In 2007, with the assistance of Austrade, State Sponsorship and the Tasting Australia team, Australian foods will be added to the Trade Tasting component.
QANTAS CELLAR DOOR EXPERIENCE: Cellar Doors will be held in the Stillman Room, just upstairs off the Mezzanine at Cipriani Wall Street. This is a chance to get up close and personal with your favorite traveling Australian Winemakers during 20 minute seminars. Discover the diversity and quality that make Australian wines unique. Check out the session times and speakers in your Wine Australia Festival Program (provided at the event). Or for inside information, you can visit www.wineaustralia/usa after 10th January to get a sneak peak at the guest speakers and session times!
FOOD DEMONSTRATIONS (Consumer Only): Don't miss the Mezz! Up on the Mezzanine, there will be cooking demonstrations. Special guest chefs, Peter Howard and Ian Parmenter, will delight the senses with their incredibly entertaining cooking demonstrations!
DOOR PRIZE! Two Economy Tickets to Australia flying with QANTAS.
