Player Dues Structure for 2013
Players are now able to register with the USAFL using the League Management System (LMS) for the 2013 season. Login or create a new account with the LMS here »
The player dues structure for 2013 is as follows:
Up until June 30: | $50 |
July 1 - August 31: | $75 |
September 1 - September 30: | $100 |
October 1 - October 20: | $150 |
October 21 - December 31: | $50 |
“Member dues have not increased since they were introduced in 2007 and as the USAFL continues to grow and evolve into a more professional organization, there are costs associated with managing the day to day operations of the league, which includes things like development of the League Management System”, said President Andy Vanica.
To earn qualification points for this year’s Nationals, all players must be registered in the LMS before playing their first game. Players will not be able to accrue points unless they are registered and paid for the current season. Read more about the League Management System here »
Additionally, in the past many clubs have expressed the difficulty they face in recruiting new players, especially toward the later half of the season when player dues increase. Therefore the league will be implementing a new pre-paid membership option for 2013. Pre-paid membership will be at the rate of $60 and are available for purchase by Club Administrators only. The following restrictions apply:
- Clubs may purchase up to 10 memberships per club (5 male and 5 female);
- Purchase must be made by June 30;
- A membership can only be assigned once and is non-transferable once assigned;
- Use-it or lose it. Clubs will not be refunded unassigned registrations;
- Must be assigned to player by September 30, 2013; and
- Unused memberships expire on October 1, 2013.
