Rich Mann - USAFL President

Welcome to the newly updated usfooty.com WebSite. Thanks to our webmaster,
Matt Muller of Seattle, we are up and running again. This site is the focal
point for Australian Rules Football in the US and we hope you join with
everyone involved as we progress into 2000. With the ongoing support of the
AFL and our many sponsors across the US, we hope that the exponential growth
we have seen so far continues. It's hard to imagine it's only three years
since the very first game was played in the US.

I would like to introduce myself as the new USAFL President. I am originally
from Perth, Western Australia, and I have lived in the US for four and a
half years working as a Physical Therapist. I have had the pleasure of being

involved with the development of the Cincinnati Dockers Football Club who
have been proud hosts of the first three National Championships.

I was Central Region VP in 1999 and was honored to be elected to President
at the AGM in October at the National Championships. I would like to extend
my gratitude to outgoing president, Paul O'Keeffe, for all of his diligent
work over the past two years. Paul is currently the USAFL's committee member
at large, so is not too far away from all the action.

Welcome to our site and this great sport, we hope you enjoy it as much as
the hundreds of US players and supporters that have been introduced to this
magnificent sport.
