Rich is a Physical Therapist (Physio for Aussies), born in Perth, Western Australia. Rich moved to the USA in 1995, relocating to Cincinnati at the end of 1996. Rich’s usfooty highlights and involvement have included founding member Cincinnati Dockers and USAFA which was then renamed USAFL; USAFL Committee Member 1997-1999; President 1999-2001, and 2007 - present; AFL International Committee 2001-2004; and Australian Liaison 2001-2005. Rich also sat on the organizing committee for the inaugural International Cup held in Melbourne in 2002. Rich has also played in two USAFL National Championship winning teams in 1997 (Cincinnati Dockers) and in 2000 & 2007 (Denver Bulldogs). Rich was also the USAFL National Championships MVP in 1997 and 2001 and was game MVP in 1998 when USA played Canada.

Adam Coleman - Treasurer

Adam originates from Hobart, Tasmania and played footy in various leagues including Hobart, the WTFA and in the KIFL. He moved to the USA in 1994, and later became Coach of the North Carolina Tigers from 2003-2006, leading the Club from Division III to its first appearance in Division I. After living in North Carolina for several years, Adam has recently relocated his business interests to the Rio Grande Valley, in South Texas, where he is involved in petroleum and real estate with an emphasis on financial analysis. A former Chairman of the USAFL Advisory Board, he assumed the USAFL Treasurer role in 2009.

Matt Jagger - Secretary

Matt has been playing footy since 2001, when he joined the St. Louis Blues. He served as treasurer and assistant head coach of the St. Louis Blues from 2003 - 2006. He has been a member of the U.S. Revolution since 2002. When he's not playing footy, Matt works in Indianapolis as an attorney with Hall, Render, Killian, Heath & Lyman P.C., one of the largest Healthcare law firms in the country. Matt specializes in corprate transactions and regulatory compliance.

Jim Martin - Vice President, Central Region

Jim is a shareholder in the commercial litigation department at Polsinelli Shalton Welte Suelthaus PC, a 230-attorney law firm with offices in St. Louis, Kansas City, Washington, D.C., and Chicago. Jim is also the President and Coach of the St. Louis Blues A.R.F.C., a club with a history of developing some of the best American players in the USAFL, including 5 national team members in 2005. As a player, Jim has played in over 80 games, and was an alternate for the 2002 Australia Cup squad. Jim lives in St. Louis, Missouri with his wife Jessica and daughter Ava.

Leigh Barnes - Vice President, Western Region

Leigh is a Materials and Research Engineer. He was born in Launceston, Tasmania and also lived for 15 years in Brisbane. Leigh moved to San Francisco in 1997 where he lives with Cathrina and son Kai (10). Leigh is the founding President of the GGAFL, Div 2 champions in 2005 and has played over 400 games of Football. He represented Tasmania 3 times, Queensland once, and kicked over a hundred goals in a season twice in his career.

Brad Rinklin - Vice President, Eastern Region
(791) 526-2052 • vpeast@usfooty.com Brad Rinklin began his Australian Football Career in 1999 with the Phoenix Scorpions (now the Arizona Hawks). After one season he moved his family to Boston where he has played for the past 9 seasons for the Boston Demons. Brad played 4 years of representative football for the Revolution beginning in 2002 for the inaugural International Cup, where he served as Vice Captain and playing through the 2005 International Cup campaign. Brad was honored to be named to the USAFL team of the decade, USAFL All-American team of the decade and the Boston Demons team of the decade. Brad currently lives in Andover, Massachusetts with his wife Ellen and children, Connor, Cole, Luke and Bridget. He is a 10 year veteran at Akamai Technologies, Inc. and holds the position of Vice President of Global Marketing and Channels.

Al MacGlashan - Member at Large

Al grew up both in Melbourne and the Geelong coastal region of Victoria. He played most of his junior football in the Colac and District Football League (Birregurra and Apollo Bay), playing senior football in the Geelong and District Football League (Belmont Lions). Al moved to Chicago in 1999 where he currently lives with his wife Lisa, daughter Kathryn and son Hamish. Based in Chicago, he is an Australian Beef Importer with Teys USA Inc. Since moving to the States Al has played for Chicago United (formerly the Chicago Swans) and held the positions of Vice-President, Treasurer and Assistant Coach of the club as well as a Director of the MAAFL. He has played in all 3 of Chicago’s MAAFL Championships (2001, 2007 & 2008).
