Noah is 16, and been living in US for over 12 months now. Noah has not played a level of competitive football that will be on display at Nationals. Based on discussions with the league, we are seeking a nationality exemption for Noah. Part of the issue is that Wasatch and New York will be playing Div 5, and with 14 a side, 21-person team will have 12 Australians. Exemption for nationality sought.
