2024 Seattle Grizzlies Exemption Request for Thanakhan Chaichana

We are requesting a Division 2 Exemption for Thanakhan Chaichana. Thanakhan is an Australian citizen that was born in Thailand. Before he moved to BC, where he has been since May 6 (registered with Grizzlies May 30), he played 5 games in Western Australia this season. He has since acquired 18 points over the entire year, and has fully participated in the Grizzly BCAFL and USAFL seasons; including USAFL Regionals. He will happily provide I94 again to prove all of this.
