2017 San Diego Lions Exemption Request for Christian Maine

Christian "Swanny" Maine is from Wales originally. He played footy for a couple of years in London before moving to San Diego. He's been playing in San Diego for quite a few years and we've never requested an exemption for the nationality rule for him, because it's been a very long time since San Diego had to worry about the 50/50 rule. We request that Swanny be recognized as a national rather than non national.
