Reason:
Player is a full time graduate student living out of the area and is unable to make it most local metro games. This is a third year player who paid her USAFL dues prior to WRT (although participated in the Lady Suns vs Maidens in Napa in June) and participated in our most recent game against the Maidens 9/14. Had she been able to afford to register at the beginning of the season, she would have earned the required 6 points.
