2024 Quebec Saints Exemption Request for Jak Cary

Jak arrived in Canada on May 22nd 2024 and only became aware of the Quebec Saints in July. He first came out to play a metro game on the 21st of July. He has since been a regular player. He has played 6 metro games but only 1 Saints USAFL games so therefore only has 4 points. As the most of the games to play for Saints occurred prior to him joining the club this year he only had the opportunity to play in two games, of which he played one. The one he missed was in Halifax Nova Scotia and he was in the US for work as he works with Rio Tinto. He has not played in Australia since April 2022. Please consider Jak's application for an exemption based on eligibility points.
