2024 Quebec Saints Exemption Request for Evan Riddle

Evan was a long time club member having played from 2017 till 2020 and also coming to US Nationals in San Diego in 2017. He had moved away in 2021 and moved back to Montreal on September 5, he immediately rejoined the club and has played every game since arriving back. This includes 3 metro games and a USAFL Saints game. Evan is dedicated member of the Quebec Saints. He is also now a Canadian permanent resident. Please consider his exemption request for eligibility points based on his previous membership and contribution to the club.
