2019 Quebec Saints Exemption Request for Arthur Marchal

Arthur has been a member of the club since 2016 and has played with us at Nationals every year. He is unable to travel to all Saints games due to family and work commitments. He traveled to Vermont to play a Saints game against Boston/Maine. We did not have any home Saints games this year which he could have played as our opposition had to cancel the week before our only scheduled game
