2019 Quebec Saints Exemption Request for Alexandre Bresse

Alex played a full season with the club and has been a member since 2016 but did not have a lot of points counted as he paid his USAFL dues late. Alex missed playing with the Saints against Boston/Maine as the date clashed with a selection camp for Team Canada. He played with the Saints against Ottawa early in the season and played a game on June 1st which was scheduled to be against a USAFL team. These two games would have qualified him if he had paid on time. Alex has played at Nationals with the Saints in the previous 2 years
