2014 Quebec Saints Exemption Request for Thomas Core

Thomas is formerly from French Reunion Island (a footy stronghold I know!), but has been living in Montreal for the past number of years and will be settling here. He has be playing footy for only a year now and loves the sport but we are asking if he can be considered as national as a lot of our non-national quota is made up by non aussie(s), especially French players. It may affect Thomas’s playing time if he has to compete with our handful of experienced aussie players due to the non-national quota.
