2017 Portland Steelheads Exemption Request for Phillip Marshall

Phil moved to Portland last winter. He was unable to travel to our away games and could not play in our Stumptown Throwdown tournament, but played throughout our PAFL season (he is listed on the Loggers rosters starting in Round 1 prior to his registration) and in our only other home game this weekend against Seattle. Given Seattle is the only other club within 8 hours of Portland, we don’t get many opportunities to play at home, and so Phil could not have earned more than 4 points since he had to miss the Throwdown.
