2014 Portland Steelheads Exemption Request for Tyson Okely

This is Tyson's second season with the Portland team. Unfortunately he ruptured his bicep during the season and had to have surgery. He played several PAFL games before the injury, but could not play at the Stumptown Throwdown, against Seattle in Centralia or Sacramento in Sac. His injury is healed, but he has not fully completed rehab. He was a late inclusion as an assistant coach/runner. We would like an exemption for Tyson in the case that we are short later in the tournament and he feels he can play. He can't tackle, but we may need a warm body out there.
