2014 Portland Steelheads Exemption Request for Michael La Vella

Mike La Vella is currently living in Corvalis, OR. Mike is an Aussie rugby player who has never played footy before this year. At the start of our season we had our first game between Portland and Corvallis. Mike played for Corvallis in the game. Long term we are hoping to make Corvallis part of our metro league. Mike was unable to play any more games for the season because of work on the weekends. Otherwise he would have played in the PAFL and for the Steelheads. Mike recently switched jobs and is able to play at Nationals. We request an exemption for Mike to play with Portland in Division 3.
