Austen has been playing with the Steelheads since 2016. He relocated to Wisconsin in mid-2018, but returned to play with his club at Stumptown. Unfortuntaely, due to personal constraints, he was unable to attend any other USAFL sanctioned matches, hence falling short of the NEP requirement by 2 points.
