2014 Orange County Bombers Exemption Request for Scott Phillips

Scott Phillips is an 18 year old student from Orange County who recently got involved with Footy and the Bombers. He quickly got hooked, practiced and played with us since June 2014. He actually travel with the Bombers to the Portland Tournament in July. He wasn't sure if he could make it to Nationals until recently. He got the green light from his parents and quickly registered. At this point, he is looking to accumulate a total of 5 points. We are requesting an eligibility points on the basis he is a young US players looking to play in his first National tournament.
