2014 Orange County Bombers Exemption Request for Phillip Maranville

Phil is born in Australia but was and is a US Citizen. He has moved back and forth for a while but settled in the United States in 2007. He played a little bit of Footy as a kid but did not play for 18 years until joining the Bombers this season in 2014. Phil will be a substitute player not a starter.
