2013 Orange County Bombers Exemption Request for Ryan Weller

Ryan Weller is a long time OC Bombers member. He played for the Bombers at Nationals 2012, played pretty much all SCAFL 2013 and played against the Revolutions (Revos Vs SCAFL). Due to work and family, Ryan was not able to play 18-Side games. He was not planning on playing at Nationals due to work schedule. His schedule cleared up and is now able to join the team in Austin, TX. Ryan will play against LA on October 5th.
