2017 North Carolina Tigers Exemption Request for Matthew Sherman

Matt is a long-term committed member of the Tigers who has been paid up all season long and participating in team activities throughout the season as able. Matt and his wife had a baby mid-season, which has hampered Matt's ability to travel to away games and caused him to miss some home games as well, causing him to fall short of the eligibility points required for Nationals.
