2016 North Carolina Tigers Exemption Request for Duncan Price

Duncan was an active member of the Tigers this season playing in all 5 USAFL games/tournaments and all of our metro games. Duncan paid his USAFL dues to the club early in the season as part of our "combined Tigers/USAFL dues earlybird" deal. Unfortunately, due a change in administration during this time, there was a delay in the club passing on this payment so that his points do not accurately reflect his participation.
