2015 New York Magpies Exemption Request for Nicolas Alcayde

Nico is originally from France and he recently moved to NYC for a job. He registered himself as a Non-National player when registering with the USAFL. He isn't Australian and this his first year being exposed to and playing the sport. We have had similar situations to this in the past, and the players have played as nationals. We also contacted Mike Sheppard at USAFL regarding this and he said it should be ok to have him play as a national
