Matt Smith is a long time NY Magpie and will be Austin for the 2013 Nationals Tournament. He has played for the NY Magpies in several nationals tournaments in the past. The last was in 2009. He is looking to play reserves at the 2013 Nationals Tournament. As such we request that he be granted an exemption to play. Thank you.
