Reason:
Formerly of Austin Crows, Chad now splits time between Nashville and New Mexico due to his work commitments as an officer in the US Army. He has sometimes been able to get to training at Elmington Park, but unfortunately his work schedule hasn't coincided with our games. In consideration of his service to the nation, please approve an exemption so he can play at Nationals.
