Rachel is a US National and new player to the sport and joined the Freeze partway through the year. She wasn't sure if she was able to attend Nationals so didn't register with the USAFL until later in the year. She has played in a few metros but she missed the opportunity to earn all the USAFL Nationals Eligibility Points.
