2018 Minnesota Freeze Exemption Request for Jennifer Sees

Jen Sees was born in South Korea on a military base to American parents and a US Citizen from birth. Tats has never played footy until a year ago when she discovered the sport with Minnesota Freeze. It is not in the spirit of the rules for her to lose playing time because she counts as "Australian" within the USAFL rules. She was not born in Australia, lived in Australia, or have played footy outside of the USAFL. Because it would not be in the spirit of the rule to exclude these players, we ask that she be declared as national for the 50/50 rule.
