2018 Minnesota Freeze Exemption Request for Brent Mergen

Mergo has been a player with the MN Freeze for more than a decade and as played in the Revos. He was under the impression that he had paid the USAFL dues earlier in the year, however only realized the mistake and paid up only recently. Had he paid the dues earlier, he would have earned more than enough points towards nationals eligibility. Please give him an exemption so that he can play at nationals.
