2013 Minnesota Freeze Exemption Request for Benjamin McIntosh

Ben McIntosh joined the Freeze in early June and has been training and playing with the club throughout the season. Ben played in a home match against the Chicago Swans on June 29, in two matches in Kansas City on August 17, and has played in numerous metro matches throughout the season (although we acknowledge that no rosters were submitted for points for these metro matches). Ben participated in approximately 5 metro matches this season, which would have yielded him the maximum 2 points under the LMS. Unfortunately, Ben's visa expired in August and he will be unable to attend any of the remaining Freeze matches this season, but he will return to the US in October. As such, Ben would enter Nationals with 4 eligibility points. The Freeze seek an exemption to allow Ben McIntosh to participate at Nationals.
