2022 Los Angeles Dragons Exemption Request for Sam Chester

Sam Chester has trained with the Dragons all season but work and family commitments kept him away from the field on game day earlier in the season and we failed to register him early on. He did come up with the team to Golden Gate on Sept 17th and was write in on the roster but did not make the official roster due not yet being registered. He will be playing in the SoCal Cup 3 Oct 1st and is on that roster. Sam will be attending Nationals and would like to play Div 1 if exemption is approved.
