2022 Los Angeles Dragons Exemption Request for Joseph Silvio

Joe is a returning American player for the Dragons. He has been a long time stalwart of our American core and along with Eric Loria is a victim of our mishandling of player registrations. Joe is in the military and his assignment was changed from Los Angeles to Florida this year. However, he has flown out and played for the Dragons for multiple games this season specifically to qualify for Nationals. He is flying out again for Nationals and we humbly ask he be allowed to compete as his lack of points was unfortunately our mistake and not his.
