2016 Los Angeles Dragons Exemption Request for Christapher Botello

Chris only accrued 4 points this season. Chris is a US national and would have qualified however the game that was cancelled with OC on our account did not allow for him to get the 2 remaining points. Chris would have qualified due to games played in Metro with Riverside but they do not do team sheets or LMS as a metro team. Chris only decided to join the nationals team in September and we registered him accordingly
