2015 Los Angeles Dragons Exemption Request for Matt Morgan

Hi guys - Matt Morgan (Maddog) will fall 1 or 2 points short of qualification this season. He's been around the Club since we began in 2010 but was put out with a knee injury late in the 2014 season. He's been an active member of the Riverside crew, coaching during the metro season this year while he recovered. Confident that his knee is good to go, he made a return a couple months ago to practice, & then to playing matches. While he will likely take on a senior role in the Division 4 Dragons side, we would like to request exemption status for Division I in case we fall short of Australians through injury. Thanks.
