2015 Houston Lonestars Exemption Request for Douglas Hill

Doug has played 2 USAFL games and 3 metro games in 2015. He paid his registration fee to the club the week following the game against Baton Rouge on Sept 5th however the club did not make the USAFL payment in time for him to receive the 2 qualification points. This would have meant he qualified for Nationals with 6 points total. Doug has been at the Lonestars since 2013 and has played the last 3 Nationals with the club.
