2014 Golden Gate Roos Exemption Request for Emilie Barruet

Emilie Barruet is new women's player this year. She started with SF Footy (co-ed non-contact league) in the spring and played the whole season (4-6 games), paying an SF Footy registration fee. She then transitioned into our GGAFL women's metro league and played the whole season (4-5 games) as well as 2 Iron Maidens representative games, paying a GGAFL registration fee. She only just recently registered for the USAFL; it is difficult to have new players pay multiple registrations in the beginning of the season.
