2023 Golden Gate Australian Football Exemption Request for Marcos Diaz

Marcos is a dual Mexico/US citizen, having been born in Mexico, but moved to the US when he was 6. He has been in the US for over 20 years. Marcos has no prior AFL experience or knowledge until joining the GGAFL this year, having previously played soccer. We would like to have him reclassified as a National (US) if possible, so he has the ability to play in our Div 1 squad and continue to gain experience and grow the sport of Aussie Rules for Americans in the US.
