2013 Fort Lauderdale Fighting Squids Exemption Request for Gavin Caddy

With Gavin's late inclusion into the squad and commitment to Nationals, I would like to ask that he be registered as an National and not a Non-National. Gavin is 42 year old registered as a Non-National. He has spent the best part of his life in the USA; going thru high school, college, law school, he also has held a US Passport for close to 10 years. Originally from Sydney, he only started playing Aussie Rules when he found the Team. As such we see his skills and development as a US National and not that of an Australian. Thanks
