2013 Fort Lauderdale Fighting Squids Exemption Request for Bogdan Rotaru

Bogdan is part of the Montreal Saints and joined us last year at nationals as part of our Sister club arrangement that has been in place for the last 2 Nationals. In June he attended our Tournament and was to join our squad to play Tampa and Dallas; however due to Tampa reduced numbers (5) the 8 Montreal players played with them for the tournament. With 2 games in the USAFL at the tournament and a season with the Quebec League, please exempt him from the points needed
