2014 Des Moines Roosters Exemption Request for Timothy Sinclair

Tim joined the team in 2011 and has been an active member ever since. Both Tim and our administrative group overlooked that he had not paid his USAFL dues until just recently. He has not missed any of our events this season, so he would be well over the points required for eligibility had his dues been paid on time. We will definitely be more diligent about this next season, and would appreciate an exemption for him.
