2014 Des Moines Roosters Exemption Request for Adam Howarth

Adam has been playing with the Roosters since 2010 and especially in the early years brought a level of experience to the club that was very much needed. Adam travels in from the Chicago area and has been eligible for Nationals every year since 2010. This year he has battled some foot and knee issues that have kept him from all but 1 event throughout our season. We are hoping he will be granted an exemption to join us at Nationals.
