2013 Des Moines Roosters Exemption Request for Tyler Kamerman

I have not been participating in many of the games this season due to work and family engagements. As we near nationals, our numbers are hovering around 18-20 and they may need to use me in a reserve spot. I played against MN on June 15th and have been a part of several of our metro league matches. My points likely total 3 or 4 for the season, but would like to request an exemption for Nationals.
