Dowling is registered to play D4, however on the chance that there is injury in the D3 team we are asking for an exemption of points if he needs to push up into the next team. Dowling was unable to get points - hes a Bulldogs ex-president and was unable to make 7it to footy this year.
Please grant an exemption in case of injury that we need to move Brent up to D3
