Reason: 
Phillip recently moved to Denver, has a permanent address in Denver, and will be here for at least 2 years, but hopes to stay longer. Phil has not played footy nor been part of any club for the past few years, but recently heard about the USAFL and found the Bulldogs here in Denver. Having not heard of the USAFL/Bulldogs until this past week so he has not accumulated any points towards Nationals. However, Phil plans to attend all Metro games and our last match in Kansas City which will leave him just one point shy of the 6 necessary qualification points.

Due to arriving in the US after Sep 1 & not getting enough points to qualify, Phillip is granted permission to play only in Denver's 2nds team. If he does not wish to play in Denver's 2nds team, he may play in Div 3 or Div 4 at the USAFL's discretion.
