2014 Denver Bulldogs Exemption Request for Andy Vanica

Andy has been a committed member of the USAFL for roughly a decade and of the Denver Bulldogs since 2010. Andy served on the USAFL board in several different capacities and represented the US and Denver as a member of the Revolution. This year Andy spent the start of this season with focus on the International Cup. He played in the USA scrimmage match in March and in the IC (3 games). While playing in the IC Andy broke his collarbone and has since been sidelined since. A collarbone injury takes roughly 6-8 weeks to heal. Andy’s injury occurred just 8 weeks prior to Nats, therefore he has not been and will not able to play in any qualifying matches.
