2024 DC Eagles Exemption Request for Caitlin Tilsed

I am requesting an exemption for Caitlin Tilsed, because even though she played one game with us earlier in the year, she was unable to financially commit to traveling for other games. She also was sick and tied up with family matters the latter half of the season. She's played with the Eagles the last few years, and now that she's finally able to make a game, we'd like her to join us at nationals.
