Nate is a US National, and a USAFL rookie. He's never played footy before this year.
So, I am not sure if I need to submit this exemption, as but am doing so to be safe as we have some spares to use.
Nate just joined the Eagles in August and played with us against Baltimore on 9/10 in his first game.
