2021 DC Eagles Exemption Request for Luke Ibbs

Luke Ibbs grew up in Kuala Lumpur until 2001, before moving to Auckland, NZ and residing there from 2001-2011. He lived in Arkansas and California before moving to Washington DC this year and joining the DC Eagles. Prior to his first USAFL experience, Luke never lived in Australia, nor did he play Australian Rules football at any level at any time. At the time of joining the DC Eagles, he was almost entirely unfamiliar with the sport and hadn't played previously, even casually.
