2018 DC Eagles Exemption Request for Daniel Harrison

Danny was born in Australia to an Australian father and American mother, making him a US citizen from birth. He moved here at age 8 and has lived in the United States since that time, as a citizen. In 2005, he received the Macquarie Scholarship - which is only issued to US citizens - from the USAFL (https://usafl.com/node/4988). He has played as an American citizen at past USAFL National tournaments and is requesting to do so again. Since he's American enough to run for president, we feel that he is American enough to play as a National for this tournament. Please grant him a Nationality exemption.
